Promotion Period: 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on November 23, 2025, through 11:59 p.m. PT on December 3, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

1. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to legal residents of of the contiguous United States, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry.

  • Employees, officers, directors, agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. How to Enter

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

  • To enter: subscribe to Abstract Ice’s digital newsletter using the form on their website located at https://www.abstractice.com/#:~:text=Subscribe%20to%20our%20newsletter and follow the Abstract Ice Instagram account located at https://www.instagram.com/abstract_ice/

  • Alternatively, you may enter by sending an email to hello@abstractice.com with the subject line “Giveaway entry”. Include full name, date of birth, mailing address, and phone number in the email body.

  • All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Entries submitted before or after that time will be disqualified.

3. Entry Restrictions

  • Limit: one (1) entry per person.

  • Entries must comply with these Rules and the rules of the social platform(s).

  • Duplicate entries, entries by bots or automated methods, incomplete or unreadable entries will be void.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for entries lost/delayed for any reason.

4. Prize(s) & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

  • Prize(s): three (3) winners will receive a grand prize bundle from Abstract Ice including an ice tempering tray, a pair of ice tongs, two (2) Tossware Rocks glasses, and four (4) retail boxes of Abstract Ice craft ice.

  • ARV of each prize: USD $445.

  • Prize is non-transferable, no cash alternative except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

  • Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • On or about December 5, 2025, Sponsor will randomly select the winner(s) from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

  • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  • The potential winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or via email within 2 business days after selection. If the selected potential winner fails to respond before December 11, 2025 at 11:59pm, declines the prize, or is found ineligible or does not comply with these Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Publicity

  • By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, entry (if applicable), and/or city and state of residence for promotional and publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the giveaway (or any part of it) if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

  • Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

  • Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability

  • By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any injuries, losses, liabilities, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the entrant’s participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.

  • If for any reason this giveaway is not capable of running as planned (due to computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway.

9. Privacy

  • Information collected from the entrant is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy: https://www.abstractice.com/privacy-policy. Entry may require providing personal information and by doing so entrant consents to the collection, maintenance, and use of their information for purposes of administration and prize fulfillment.

  • In jurisdictions with applicable data protection laws, entrants may have rights regarding their personal data; Sponsor will comply as required by law.

10. Dispute Resolution / Governing Law

  • Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims shall be adjudicated in California, USA and under the laws of Calfornia, USA, without reference to choice of law rules.

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to amend or update these Rules at any time. The latest version will be made available at https://www.abstractice.com/giveawayrules.

11. Winner List

  • To request the name of the winners (available after December 20, 2025) send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Abstract Ice, 755 Southpoint Blvd Ste A, Petaluma, CA 94954 specifying “Winner–Abstract Ice x High Proof Preacher”. Requests must be received by January 31, 2025 at 11:59pm.
